[PATCH] powerpc/mpic: Fix dead link to fsl/mpic.txt

Update the reference to the old 'fsl/mpic.txt' binding, which was removed in
commit 326d25198112 ("dt-bindings: powerpc: Drop duplicate fsl/mpic.txt").
