[RFC V1 2/6] powerpc: Prepare to build with genreic entry/exit framework

[Mukesh Kumar Chaurasiya]

Enabling build with generic entry/exit framework for powerpc
architecture requires few necessary steps. This patch just takes care
of the preparation.
