[PATCH V2 03/19] vdso: Add CONFIG_GENERIC_VDSO_OVERFLOW_PROTECT

Add CONFIG_GENERIC_VDSO_OVERFLOW_PROTECT in preparation to add
multiplication overflow protection to the VDSO time getter functions.
