[PATCH] powerpc/83xx: Add a null pointer check to mcu_gpiochip_add

[Kunwu Chan]

kasprintf() returns a pointer to dynamically allocated memory
which can be NULL upon failure. Ensure the allocation was successful
by checking the pointer validity.
