This makes more sense. Seemed pretty unlikely to me that swapped
polarity have gone unnoticed, so glad to have that cleared up.

Yeah since ‘locked’ is an mcs intrinsic I think I’d rather keep
the name from kernel/locking/qspinlock.c.
