Why renaming vmemmap_can_optimize() to __vmemmap_can_optimize() and keep 
it when vmemmap_can_optimize() has been override ? Is that because you 
expect overriding version of vmemmap_can_optimize() to call 
__vmemmap_can_optimize() ?
