[PATCH] powerpc: Fix some kernel-doc warnings

The current code provokes some kernel-doc warnings:
	arch/powerpc/kernel/process.c:1606: warning: This comment starts with '/**', but isn't a kernel-doc comment. Refer Documentation/doc-guide/kernel-doc.rst
