[PATCH] powerpc/rtas: Keep MSR RI set when calling RTAS

This looks okay to me, I would just adjust the comment about watchdog
irq. It's more like NMI (SRESET or MCE), watchdog irq could be confusing 
for the soft-NMI timer.

Otherwise I think it's okay.
