Hi Christoph,

I have seen that I have activated the kernel config option 
CONFIG_ARCH_DMA_ADDR_T_64BIT. That means your code in your patch won't 
work if this kernel option is enabled.

I will delete the lines with ifndef and endif and will try it again.
