[PATCH kernel 0/2] powerpc/mm_iommu: Fix potential deadlock

I was trying the kernel with DEBUG_LOCKDEP and saw warnings. 1/2 is preparing the fix
to make 2/2 reviewable and 2/2 is the actual fix.
