[PATCH] powerpc/configs: Disable /dev/port in skiroot defconfig

While reviewing lockdown patches, I discovered that we still enable
/dev/port (CONFIG_DEVPORT) in skiroot.

We don't need it. Deselect CONFIG_DEVPORT for skiroot.
