[PATCH] powerpc/pseries: Switch to GFP_ATOMIC allocations in hotplug interrupt handler

[Bharata B Rao]

queue_hotplug_event() gets called from interrupt handler code. Use
GFP_ATOMIC allocations instead of GFP_KERNEL.
