[PATCH v2 3/6] powerpc sstep: Add support for cnttzw, cnttzd instructions

This adds emulation support for the following integer instructions:
  * Count Trailing Zeros Word (cnttzw[.])
  * Count Trailing Zeros Doubleword (cnttzd[.])
