[PATCH 09/10] powerpc/vas: Remove 'pid' in vas_tx_win_attr struct

[Haren Myneni]

When window is opened, pid reference is taken for user space
windows. Not needed for kernel windows. So remove 'pid' in
vas_tx_win_attr struct.
