Aneesh Kumar K.V aneesh.kumar at linux.ibm.com
Mon Apr 16 21:27:17 AEST 2018

From: "Aneesh Kumar K.V" <aneesh.kumar at linux.vnet.ibm.com>

We rename the alloc and get_from_cache to indicate they operate on pte
fragments. In later patch we will add pmd fragment support.

No functional change in this patch.
