This removes the now unused TIMER_*INITIALIZER macros:
TIMER_INITIALIZER
TIMER_PINNED_INITIALIZER
TIMER_DEFERRED_INITIALIZER
TIMER_PINNED_DEFERRED_INITIALIZER
