In most of the cases, native_afu_reset() is called when the AFU is not 
activated, except when we attach a process
for a dedicated AFU (P8 and P9). In this case, it's not necessary to 
re-enable interrupts and the IVTE value, used to
report this interrupt (field 48:63 - errivte_slice - PSL_SERR_An) is 
always configured.
