[PATCHv3 5/8] powerpc/vdso: split map_vdso from arch_setup_additional_pages

Impact: cleanup
I'll be easier to introduce vm_special_mapping struct in
a smaller map_vdso() function (see the next patches).
The same way it's handeled on x86.
