The architecture vector is more a statement of what the kernel supports,
it does not imply that we will be getting these new properties because
the bits are set. For example, a newer kernel on older firmware that
does not support these properties will not see them.
A thought, this is a big patch. Perhaps it should be split into multiple
patches; setting the arch bit, prom updates, numa updates, hotplug
updates...

I think something more than DM2 would provide a better description of what
the feature is. Also, what is RPS?
