That is confusing, we do set ptcr before that powernv_set_prtc(). So we
now have

 		mtspr(SPRN_PTCR, 0);
		powernv_set_ptcr(0);

May be rename powernv_set_ptrc() to powernv_set_nmmu_ptcr() ?
