To clarify which tm context you're talking about can we change this to.

    ... discards the transactional state of the context calling the sig
    return and continues.

Also, anyone wanna write a selftest and update
Documentation/powerpc/transactional_memory.txt?

This first sentence is not relevant IMHO. Same for 64bit.

I think this needs to be inside #ifdef CONFIG_PPC_TRANSACTIONAL_MEM.  Just
move it down a bit.  Same for 64bit.
