[PATCH kernel] powerpc/powernv: Fix debug macro

When cfg_dbg() is enabled (i.e. mapped to printk()), gcc produces
errors as the __func__ parameter is missing (pnv_pci_cfg_read() has one);
this adds the missing parameter.
