[PATCH] powerpc/powernv: Support OPAL requested heartbeat

[Benjamin Herrenschmidt]

If OPAL requests it, call it back via opal_poll_events() at a
regular interval. Some versions of OPAL on some machines require
this to operate some internal timeouts properly.
