[PATCH 13/18] powerpc/boot: modify entry point for 64bit

Cédric Le Goater clg at fr.ibm.com
Fri Mar 21 02:10:08 EST 2014

This patch adds support a 64bit wrapper entry point. As in 32bit, the
entry point does its own relocation and can be loaded at any address
by the firmware.
