[PATCH][v2] powerpc/pci: Fix IMMRBAR address

[Minghuan Lian]

For PEXCSRBAR, bit 3-0 indicate prefetchable and address type.
So when getting base address, these bits should be masked,
otherwise we may get incorrect base address.
