[PATCH V2] powerpc/kernel/sysfs: disable writing to purr in non-powernv

powerpc/kernel/sysfs.c exports purr with write permission.
This is only valid for kernel in hypervisor mode.
But writing to the file in PowerVM lpar causes crash.
