[PATCH] powerpc: remove unused BITOP_LE_SWIZZLE macro

The BITOP_LE_SWIZZLE macro was used in the little-endian bitops functions
for powerpc.  But these functions were converted to generic bitops and
the BITOP_LE_SWIZZLE is not used anymore.
