What does rmo/tce stand for in powerpc?

But I searched <Power.orgTM Standard for Embedded Power ArchitectureTM
Platform Requirements> and failed to found the concept RMO or Real Mode
Offset.

Will you please give me some hints to the docs?Thanks,
