[RFC] arch/powerpc: Remove duplicate/redundant Altivec entries

In lieu of having multiple similiar lines, we can just have one
generic cpu-as line for CONFIG_ALTIVEC
---
Was hoping to get comments about this change and if anyone sees any potential
problems?
