This patch adds MSI support for 440SPe, 460Ex, 460Sx and 405Ex.

  * Free interrupts in teardown_msi_interrupts().
  * Print contraints in check_device().
  * Replace ioremap with of_iomap().
  * Use msi_data in setup_pcieh_hw().
  * Don't unmap in the setup_pcieh_hw().
  * don't use WARN_ON.
  * Remove ppc4xx_msi_ids[].
