[PATCH] [PPC4xx] Fix device tree dts file for katmai board.

 Description: Set PCI-E node inbound DMA ranges size to 4GB for correct
 boot up of katmai. Including only changes for PCI-E DMA ranges as
 suggested by Stefan.
