KGDB8250 doesn't hit KGDB breakpoint in PowerPC-440

Hi,

The simple" config is deprecated , when the MMIO support was added
to the KGDB 8250 driver. I have to use the syntax:

kgdb8250=<io or mmio>,<address>,<baud rate>,<irq>
