[PATCH] mmc: Add driver for Freescale eSDHC controllers

The Freescale ESDHC controller is basically compatible with the
standard SDHC controller. but the eshdc expand some bits.

The esdhc.c is much like the orignal sdhci.c.
it is possible to merge them.
