dtc: Remove reference to dead Makefile variables

Previous cleanups have removed the LIBFDT_CLEANFILES and
DTC_CLEANFILES variables from the Makefiles.  However, they're still
referenced by the Makefile.  This patch gets rid of these last
vestiges.
