I have to admit that I didn't check. As mentioned in the commit log, most of 
this L2 cache code is copied directly from arch/ppc done by Eugene Surovegin. 
From my point of view, the comment right above the line should be enough. 
Especially since this "magical hex number" isn't used anywhere else in the 
code. But I could introduce a define for this. Please give me a short note if 
you think it is necessary.

Right, we should probably do this. Even though currently there doesn't seem to 
be a 4xx with a different L2 cache size than 256k.
