[RFC v3 PATCH 1/4] Extract list of relocation offsets

Hi Milton,

I am resending the patches generated against latest powerpc git tree.

I am facing kdump kernel hang issue with the git tree. It hangs in 
unflatten_devicetree call in prom.c


Note: These patches are not fully tested.
