[PATCH 02/10] powerpc: Cleanup CONFIG_KEXEC dependency

KEXEC's dependency on PPC_PRPMC2800 is redundant, since PPC_MULTIPLATFORM
is now set for the prpmc2800 platform.  Remove the dependency.
