[PATCH 01/11] Split out common parts of prom.h

Stephen Rothwell sfr at canb.auug.org.au
Tue May 1 17:24:35 EST 2007

This creates linux/of.h and includes asm/prom.h from it.

We also include linux/of.h from asm/prom.h while we transition.
