[PATCH] Emulate more instructions in software

Emulate a few more instructions in software - especially useful during
singlestepping (xmon/kprobes).
Instructions emulated with this patch are mfcr/mtcr rX, mfxer/mtxer rX,
mflr/mtlr rX, mfctr/mtctr rX and mr rA,rB.
