[PATCH 5/7] Convert 8xx platform to unified platform Kconfig

Moved 8xx platform Kconfig over to being sourced by the unified
arch/powerpc/platforms/Kconfig.  Also, cleaned up whitespace issues in 8xx
Kconfig.
