[PATCH] Add Kconfig dependency !VT for VIOCONS

Actually, this gets rid of the CONFIG_VIOCONS from my .config, but 
then I get another warning when I build:

Warning! Found recursive dependency: VT VIOCONS VT

Can anyone suggest something?
