[PATCH/2.6.17-rc4 6/10] Add Tundra pci vendor and device ID

VENDOR_ID_TUNDRA and PCI_DEVICE_ID_TUNDRA_CA91C042 have been
in pciids list. 
we will summit PCI_DEVICE_ID_TUNDRA_TSI108 and
PCI_DEVICE_ID_TUNDRA_TSI109.
Dose the pci.ids file there will appear in the new kernel release?
