[PATCH] drivers/ata: PATA driver for Celleb

Dear everyone,
This is the patch (based on 2.6.19) for PATA controller of
Toshiba Cell reference set(Celleb). Last month I sent the
patch for drivers/ide and received some useful comments.
I'm sorry for the late reply, because I have reimplemented
the libata version.
I use some static functions in libata-core.c because it makes
ata_scc.c simpler. Therefore in this patch, these functions are
defined using EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL() and some inline functions are
move to libata.h. If you mind it, please tell me.
This patch set is intended to be merged to 2.6.20.
