that should be

[While in .../asm-ppc64 ]

for i in *
do
	[ -f ../asm-ppc/$i ] && cmp -s $i ../asm-ppc/$i &&
		mv $i ../asm-powerpc/$i && rm ../asm-ppc/$i
done
