Inode table!!

hi list,

well, can someone tell where is the inode table located on the disk, i mean on which sector of the linux partition is it located ? also, how are the inode entries stored in this table ?

another thing which i would like to know is, how do is the name of the file attatched with its corresponding inode entry ???
