[PATCH] keyboard fix

Cort, Ben, etc, can you please apply this patch to the tree? It's the
powercomputing capslock patch that allows reasonable use of the capslock
key including mapping it to a control key. It detects apple keyboards and
doesn't apply the fix to them. It's been tested on a few apple keyboards
now, courtesy of Shawn A., and Iain Sandoe and seems to be sane so far.

The patch is against 2.2.14, but looks like it should be clean for 2.3 as
well.

Thanks,
Jerry Quinn

Here you go Shawn. I didn't realize that the original patch had gotten
mangled. I also got bounced off the list due to mail problems here so need
to resubscribe, so please respond to me as well as the list. Thanks,

Jerry

Hi Jerry,
I have an Apple keyboard and I was going to test out your patch. But I
have a small problem. The patch(s) you sent to dev seem to be malformed
so they won't apply. Anyways if you still need a tester, send me a fixed
patch and I'll be happy to test it for you.

Thanks,
shawn a.
