2.3 kernel status page

Due to the recent number of people interested in the 2.3 trees, i've
placed a kernel status page at:

	http://entropy.crashing.org/~ajoshi/kstat.html

i'm not very big on fancy pages so basically all there is right now is
text status of  linux-pmac-devel and bitkeeper.  the machine does crond
builds throughout the day so you'll see a timestamp of the last build and
its status, green or red.  if its red, then a link to the build log is
also there.  the builds use the defcommon_config.
