lists.linuxppc.org archive site is down?

I have been trying to get to the linuxppc-dev archives for a number
of days and while i am able to ping the system, it never responds
to a web request. Is this system no longer available to search the
linuxppc-dev archives? If that is the case, why do all of the
mailing list links from the www.linuxppc.org web pages lead to
http://lists.linuxppc.org
