Missing definition of SIGCLD from "signum.h"

I think SIGCLD is the historical name for SIGCHLD. The use of SIGCLD is
probably deprecated. Since LinuxPPC is new, probably nobody thought it
necessary.

FWIW, SIGCHLD is the Unix98 way of doing things.
