RTNL Assertion Failures

Grant, 

I've seen the same message ever since I moved to the
2.3.x kernel.  Although, it doesn't seem to have any
negative effects.  My ethernet works fine on an 823
board.  (I think this has something to do with
Real-Time Netlink??  Not sure what that is exactly.)
